2019 | The culinary documentary series "A Taste of Good Travel" from Marriott Bonvoy Traveler follows unique chefs across Europe to discover local cuisines and flavors. For a hotel restaurant to be featured in this series, one has to submit a 3-minute application video following the chef, as he prepares his signature dish.
I was in charge of creating the story board, the filming and the cutting of the application video. I followed chef Frederic from the Westend Factory to the local market, where he purchased the ingredients for his signature dish. I then filmed him during preparation of the meal and interviewed him afterwards to showcase his ability of standing in front of a camera. Thanks to the submission of the video, the Westend Factory and Frederic were chosen by the production team. A professional camera team then followed him throughout two days in Munich.
